Requerimento com a descrição da situação que originou o pedido do auxílio económico;

Request letter describing the situation that led to the application for financial aid

Junção de prova documental que origina o pedido;

Submission of supporting documents that justify the application

Comprovativo de matrícula, com indicação do número de ECTS em que o estudante se encontra inscrito;

Proof of enrollment, indicating the number of ECTS credits in which the student is enrolled

Cartão de Cidadão ou cartão de contribuinte para dispor do número de contribuinte (NIF) ou cartão de beneficiário da Segurança Social para dispor do número da Segurança Social (NISS);

Citizen Card, Tax Identification Number, or Passport number

Em caso de estudante estrangeiro, documento que comprove a autorização de residência ou estadia em Portugal;

Document proving residence permit or legal stay in Portugal, in the case of an international student

Declaração do IRS do agregado familiar relativo ao ano civil anterior ao início do ano letivo a que se refere a candidatura a bolsa;

Family household IRS declaration for the calendar year preceding the start of the academic year to which the scholarship application refers

Comprovativo de IBAN devidamente identificado do candidato;

Proof of the applicant’s IBAN, clearly identified

Comprovativo de candidatura à bolsa de ação social da DGES;

Proof of application for the social action scholarship from DGES

Declaração de compromisso de honra de que não detém qualquer outro grau igual ou superior ao que se encontra inscrito;

Declaration of commitment of honor stating that they do not hold any other degree equal to or higher than the one they are registered for

Declaração da Segurança Social, que comprova a situação contributiva regularizada

Declaration from the Social Security, proving that the contribution status is regularized

Declaração da Autoridade Tributária, que comprova a situação contributiva regularizada

Declaration from the Tax Authority, proving that the contribution status is regularized

Declaração de honra com especificação do património mobiliário e imobiliário do agregado familiar;

Declaration of honor specifying the movable and immovable assets of the family unit

Declaração de compromisso de honra da veracidade dos dados apresentados;

Declaration of commitment and honor regarding the veracity of the data presented

Outros documentos que o estudante considere pertinentes para a avaliação da sua candidatura.
